Currently, the university has a number of faculties, such as "Architecture", "Construction of buildings and structures", "Engineering and Construction Infrastructure" and "Construction Management", in these faculties in 18 educational disciplines such as "Design", "Architecture", “Examination and management of real estate”, “Estimation of cost”, “Geodesy, cartography and cadastre”, “Construction of buildings and structures”, “Construction and installation of engineering communications”, “Hydrotechnics” study about 4000 bachelors, as well as in 17 specialties such as "Design”,“ Geodesy and cartography”, “ Architecture of buildings and structures ”, “ Theory and history of architecture, restoration of architectural monuments ”,“ Landscape architecture ”,“ Construction of buildings and structures ”,“ Technology of construction organization ”,“ Construction economics ”, "Hydrotechnical structures", "Assessment and property management" are trained about 200 masters.
